# Connect your services

> Connect tools, webhooks, MCP, telephony, and observability services to your agents.

Choose the integration based on when your application needs to interact with the agent.

Create credentials for the intended service account and select them in the connection or tool settings. Test a successful request, missing data, and an error response before publishing your agent.

## Observability integrations

Open **Resources → External integrations** in the console to connect Datadog or Langfuse for your selected workspace. Admins and Owners can manage these connections. You can use either provider or both.

A **Connected** status means credentials are saved. Follow the provider guide to run a new test and verify that data reaches the intended account or project.
