# End Call node

> Finish a workflow conversation with an appropriate closing message.

Use an End Call node to deliver the closing message and finish the call. A workflow can have several End Call nodes for different outcomes.

Keep the closing brief and accurate. Confirm what happened and any next step without claiming that an external action succeeded unless its tool result confirms it.

Connect the appropriate pathways to each ending and test them. Configured QA and webhooks run after the conversation ends.
