POST
Transcribe an audio file
Requires Editor, Admin, or Owner. Send a multipart/form-data request with a binary file and optional language (default en). This uses the configured speech-to-text service and can incur usage. The response is an object with recognized text in transcript when supplied by the provider, for example {"transcript": "Hello, how can I help?"}. Additional provider fields may be present; do not rely on an exhaustive fixed payload. It does not register an audio-library entry. Let your HTTP library generate the multipart boundary; do not send a JSON file URL.
