Read every error and validate again after corrections. Missing versioned definitions return version_not_found. URL safety checks may resolve hostnames, but the tool does not invoke configured endpoints or place calls.

Authentication, missing membership, and insufficient role can fail before a tool result is produced. See troubleshooting.
