Open a completed conversation or agent run and select its trace view when available. Trace details help you understand delays, unexpected responses, or failed actions.

What to inspect

The information available depends on the services used and the tracing configuration. A missing trace is not evidence that a call or tool failed.

Connect Langfuse

If your workspace uses Langfuse, an administrator can open Settings and save the Langfuse host, public key, and secret key. Use credentials for the intended Langfuse project. Run a new test conversation and check its traces. Traces may contain prompts, conversation content, and tool data, so give access only to the people who need to review them. For the overall outcome, check the run record.
