Telephony providers send incoming-call events and status callbacks to the platform. These events let your agent answer calls and update conversation results.

Configure incoming calls

Use the inbound setup guide and the instructions for your provider. Save the correct account credentials and webhook URL in both consoles. Outbound call instructions, status callbacks, and media connections are configured as part of placing the call. Use the URLs shown by the connection setup instead of constructing run-specific callback URLs yourself.

Receive results in your application

A provider callback is separate from a Webhook node. Configure a Webhook node to send the transcript link, extracted data, or call outcome to your own service after the conversation.

Investigate delivery failures

Check the provider’s call record for the requested URL and response status. Compare its call ID and time with the conversation record. If credentials or the provider application change, update the saved telephony configuration and repeat a controlled inbound and outbound test.
