Workspace access

You need access to the console and a workspace. An Editor, Admin, or Owner can create and test agents. An Admin or Owner configures shared connections and credentials. If a control is unavailable, confirm your active workspace and role with an administrator.

AI connections

Open AI connections and check that the services your agent needs are saved:

LLM for conversation responses and analysis.
Voice and Transcriber for speech synthesis and recognition.
Or a Realtime connection that handles speech input and output. Keep an LLM configured for extraction and analysis.

Your administrator can connect provider credentials. Available models and settings appear in the console. See configure AI connections.

Browser test

Use a browser with microphone support, allow microphone access to the console, and use headphones to reduce echo. A browser test does not require a phone number.

Phone calls and integrations

Call the REST API or connect an MCP client	Labs credentials and workspace access
Call your service during a conversation	A reachable HTTPS endpoint and any required tool credentials
