Add a Webhook node when you want to deliver results after the call ends. Use an HTTP API tool for an action that must happen during the conversation.
  1. Add the node and enable it.
  2. Enter your service’s HTTPS endpoint and HTTP method.
  3. Select its credential and configure any additional headers.
  4. Add a payload template with the run ID and required context values.
  5. Save and test a conversation, then confirm delivery in your service.
